Not only the end of October, but also the beginning of November will be exceptionally warm. How long will this unusual weather for this time of year stay with us? Check out the long-term, original weather forecast prepared by the presenter of tvnmeteo.pl, Tomasz Wasilewski.
The great low, which is now located in western Europe, moves warm air masses from the south to the north of the continent. They also reach us, which is the reason for the unusually high temperature for this time of year. The situation is different in the north of the continent, where a frosty high has formed, pushing cold, arctic air over Scandinavia, which causes the temperature there to drop to -20 degrees Celsius at night. We are separated from this cold by an atmospheric front and will remain in the heat stream flowing from the south, which crosses the continent between the Western European low and the high in the east (see the map).

Weather forecast for 16 days
The end of October is ahead of us with temperatures of up to 19-20 degrees, but it cannot be ruled out that it will be over 20 degrees C locally. We will see slightly less, up to 16-17 degrees, on thermometers until November 5. Later it will get colder, but certainly not wintery and without frost – in the east of the country it will generally be 6-7 degrees, and in the west 10-11 degrees C. A similar temperature, not exceeding 12 degrees C, will last until the middle of the month .
The next 16-day temperature forecast is next Sunday.
