Weather for New Year's Eve, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. The coming days will bring cloudy weather and precipitation. There will be stronger winds, in some places gusts may reach speeds of up to 80 kilometers per hour. Winter is not in the forecast in the near future.
The rotten Günther high is still over Poland. It brings a cloudy aura with numerous fogs and fogs as well as periodic drizzles. Better conditions exist only on the southwestern edge. – Watch out for locally freezing fog and drizzle in the south-eastern part of the country. The high pressure will weaken in the following days. Gradually, the northern part of the country will come within the reach of the front zones. – At the moment, everything indicates that the zone of the wavy cold front will somehow slide over the northern part of the country, producing mainly fleeting rainfall – added the forecaster.
Only after January 3-4 can we expect the classic transition of frontal zones from west to east with greater dynamics, cooling and various types of precipitation.
Weather for the weekend
IN Saturday it will be cloudy, numerous fogs and dense fog are expected in places throughout the day. Light drizzle will occur periodically. Freezing fog and drizzle are possible in the mountainous region, and snow in the south-eastern corners. A few showers may occur only in the southwest. The maximum temperature will range from 2-3 degrees Celsius in the south and southeast, through 4-5 degrees C in the center of the country, to 6 degrees C in Pomerania. A weak wind in the north will blow from the southwest, in the south from variable directions.
Sunday it will bring clouds, fog and locally light drizzle in the northern half of the country, partly in the center and in the east. In the rest of the country, it will be cloudy and moderate, it should not rain. Thermometers will show a maximum of 3 to 5 degrees C. There will be a south-westerly, weak and moderate wind. In the north it will be quite strong and gusts will reach 35-45 kilometers per hour.

Monday It will be cloudy with some showers and local clearing in southern Poland. In the north, rainfall amounts to 2-5 liters per square meter. Locally, rainfall may amount to 5-10 l/sq m. The thermometers will show a maximum of 3 degrees C in the south-east, through 5 degrees C in the center of the country, to 7 degrees C in Western Pomerania. The south-west wind, moderate and quite strong, gusts up to 60 km/h, in the mountains and at the seaside up to 70-80 km/h.

In Tuesdayi.e. v New Year's Eve in the north of the country there will be complete cloudiness with rainfall up to 2-5 l/sq m. (locally 6-8 l/sq m). Temporary rain and snow are possible in the Suwałki region. In the central zone, the sky will be completely covered with clouds, but it should not rain. In the south of Poland, heavy and moderate cloudiness is forecast, with occasional light clouds. Thermometers will show a maximum of 3-4 degrees C in the east, through 5 degrees C in the center of the country, to 6-7 degrees C in the west. The southwest wind, moderate and quite strong, will periodically reach 40-60 km/h. At the seaside, gusts may reach up to 60-80 km/h.
IN New Year's Eve there will be heavy and complete cloudiness in the northern half of the country. In Gdańsk Pomerania, Warmia and Masuria and the Suwałki region receives rain of the order of 2-5 l/sq m, locally 6-8 l/sq m. In the rest of the country there will be good weather. The minimum temperature will range from -2/0 degrees C in the south, through 2 degrees C in the center of the country, to 4 degrees C in Pomerania. The south-west wind, moderate, quite strong and strong over the sea, will reach speeds of up to 50-70 km/h.
