After a very warm weekend, the high – as for September – temperature will remain for a few more days. Check the long-term weather forecast for 16 days prepared by the TVnmeteo.pl presenter and weather forecaster Tomasz Wasilewski.
Probably the warmest days of this year’s September are behind us, with temperatures up to 29 degrees Celsius in Bydgoszcz, Legnica, Wrocław and Piła. It will not be so hot in the coming days, because the air circulation above us has changed from the south to the west. It is connected, among other things, with the presence of the Scandinavian lowlands, the front of which passed over Poland, opening the way for the influx of slightly cooler air from the Atlantic side (see map).
At the beginning of the week, even though the temperature will be lower than on the weekend, it will still be warm, up to 24-25 degrees. Later, however, from Thursday, cooler air will start flowing towards us from the north and next Sunday it will be only from 11 to 16 degrees. Then, after a few definitely cool days, the temperature will increase a bit, but it is unlikely to exceed 19 degrees and will remain at a similar level almost until the end of the month.
