Customers Bank Pekao, ING Bank Śląski, Bank Pocztowy and mBank will soon experience difficulties in the operation of their banking services. A series of service and modernization works have been announced for the coming days. It is worth checking when exactly we encounter difficulties.
Bank Pekao SA announcement
Pekao banking users were informed that on September 28 and 29, the bank would be carrying out maintenance works to improve the quality of its services.
Customers were advised that “at this time:
- September 28 at 8-13 will not log in to the eTrader Pekao platform;
- September 29 at 3-6 will not use Blik in the PeoPay application;
- September 29 at 9-20 will not log in to the eTrader Pekao platform and may have difficulties in accessing instructions and orders on investment accounts on the Pekao24 website and the PeoPay application.
Service breaks at ING Bank Śląski
On the bank's official website informedthat technological and service work is planned for Saturday, September 28. “The broker will be unavailable between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. We apologize for the inconvenience,” ING bank said.
Importantly, other service works are also planned on the night of September 29-30, from midnight to 3 a.m. “Therefore, there may be problems with executing transactions in ING/Planet Cash network devices. Transactions in drop boxes may be carried out off-line” – added message.
Difficulties in access to Bank Pocztowy services
On the website giventhat “due to planned modernization works, from Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 10 p.m., until Sunday, September 29, 2024, maximum until 3 a.m., there will be an interruption in access to Bank Pocztowy services:
- applications to open an Account in Porządek,
- loan applications,
- contact requests”.
mBank has planned a “break for technology development”
IN message mBank was informed that in order to “provide services and solutions of the highest quality, systems are systematically modernized.” The bank will therefore be closed for a few hours on the weekend of September 28-29. It was explained to customers that:
- “Cards – you can pay by card all night long in stationary stores, restaurants, and use an ATM. Online card payments will not be possible between 2:05 a.m. and 9 a.m.;
- Transaction website and mobile application – between 2:05 a.m. and 9 a.m. you will not be able to log in to your account on the Internet or in the mobile application. At the same time, you will not submit any application;
- mLinia – during the break, we do not have access to your bank-related data, so you will not perform any operation during this time.
