On Saturday afternoon, a flood embankment was damaged near the town of Borzysławiec in Western Pomerania. Firefighters secure the place.
After 4 p.m., the flood embankment began to leak in the town of Borzysławiec (Goleniów County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship). The damage occurred approximately 500 meters from the fishing base on Lake Dąbie.
According to the spokesman for the State Fire Service in Goleniów, the embankment was probably damaged by beavers. However, firefighters do not rule out the impact of increased water levels. The place is secured by two units of JRG Goleniów and two units of Volunteer Fire Department Lubczyna.
