What about municipal apartments? Rafał Trzaskowski: I do it every day

Social construction – yes. Credit subsidies – no. This is how the government housing program is shaped. Also under the influence of an election campaign, left -hand pressure and coalition partners. Housing prices – especially in large cities – are prohibitive. Last years housing programs were a failure.

The Polish Party 2050 Szymon Hołownia officially supported Rafał Trzaskowski in the second round presidential elections. The Minister of Funds and Regional Policy Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz from Poland 2050, however, called the KO candidate to show that she supports social housing.

– I do not expect any of my ministers of public appeals, but they are to take everywhere where there are arrears, to work, and not to appeal – emphasized the prime minister Donald Tusk.

Rafał Trzaskowski has a program to build new apartments. – We support Rafał Trzaskowski. We want to build more apartments with him. Let's do it together. In two weeks it cannot be done – said Ryszard Petru, Polish MP 2050.

The topic of flats on its banners was also taken by the left: Adrian Zandberg and Magdalena Biejat. In total, it's almost two million votes, or over nine percent of support.

– I managed to convince Rafał Trzaskowski that the time of payments for loans is over. We agreed that the left -wing program for the construction of rent apartments must be key today – said Magdalena Biejat, MP of the left and a former presidential candidate.

Rafał Trzaskowski himself – in the subject of apartments – plays by a local government card. – I do it every day. 160,000 Warsaw residents live in municipal apartments. 80,000 apartments are in the municipal resource – he said in an interview with TVN24.

PiS was to build flats but did not build

For Karol Nawrocki, the topic of apartments is not entirely comfortable because of a studio, which he took over from Mr. Jerzy, and because of the lack of achievements of PiS government in this field. PiS MP Zbigniew Kuźmiuk remembers the Flat Plus program. “The program from which at least one additional apartment was created, deserves attention,” he said.

If this measure to assess the flagship PiS program, it would probably be a gigantic success. 15,000 apartments were created for five years, but it was to be built almost 7 times more.

According to estimates in Poland, there are one and a half to two million apartments. Those that are outside the financial reach of the young.

– As a president, I will make sure that young people have easier access to apartments – promised Karol Nawrocki. – More money for local governments and building municipal apartments. This is solving real problems – said Rafał Trzaskowski.

These are important promises, because young people can decide on the result of the second round.
