It is worth remembering that the amount of the pension depends on the length of service, the amount of remuneration, and the expected life expectancy of the retiree. After working for 30 years at the minimum wage, reaching retirement age and minimum length of service, the amount of the benefit may be increased to the level of the lowest pension, which is PLN 1,780.96 gross. This rate is valid from March 1, 2024.
