Where is the storm? On Monday, August 19, lightning discharges have been occurring over Poland since morning. The phenomena are accompanied by heavy rainfall. Follow the current weather situation on tvnmeteo.pl.
Storm fronts are moving away from eastern and southeastern Poland. In some places it is still thundering and there is rain of up to 20-40 liters per square meter – tvnmeteo.pl weather forecaster Arleta Unton-Pyziołek reported at around 8:30 p.m. Additionally, a small group of rain clouds with heavy, continuous rain is moving over the Łódź region and Mazovia, but there is no thunder.
Where is the storm
- Subcarpathianin the area of the cities: Brzozów, Strzyżów, Błażowa, Oleszyce, Sieniawa, Tarnogród;
- Lublinin the belt: Łaszczów – Zamosc – Hrubieszow.
The storms are moderate and moving east.
The Institute of Meteorology and Water Management issued warnings in many regions of the country.
