As tvnmeteo.pl weather forecaster Arleta Unton-Pyziołek reported before 8 a.m., Poland is under the influence of the Boris low-pressure vortex with its center in the area of the Polish-Slovak border.
Where is the storm?
The heaviest rainfall, when 30-50 litres of rain per square metre falls within an hour, occurs in the province. Świętokrzyskie. Here, in places, storm clouds are very developed. Thunders in the belt: Ciepielów – Iłża – Starachowice – Bodzentyn – Skarżysko-Kamienna – Kielce – Chęciny.
The phenomena move over terrain favorable to the formation of rapid floods.
