The storms are slowly disappearing, but the zone of constant rainfall enters Poland. In the south, in the center and east it can fall to 20 liters per square meter, and in Silesia – up to 30 l/sq m. Check where it will rain.
Storms occurring on the cool front, extending over south-eastern Poland, disappear-said Arleta Unton-Pyziołek on Thursday around 19.30. She added that she was still poor in the Lubelskie Voivodeship, in the area of cities and towns of Łęczna and Ostrów Lubelski. The phenomena are heading towards Włodawa.
– But a grouping of rainy clouds enters Poland from the Czech Republic. They are associated with the so -called wave on the cool front, i.e. slight turmoil. This rainy wave currently covers the Opole region, Silesia and is entering Lesser Poland – explained the synoptic of tvnmeteo.pl.
Zone of constant rainfall over Poland
As the synoptic tvnmeteo.pl told, until 10pm on Thursday a wide zone of continuous rainfall is to extend from the Opole and Silesia, through the Lodz region to Mazovia. By midnight it will reach Mazurka and Podlasie. In the second part of the night, he will change the direction of movement from north-east to the eastern and will enter the Lublin region and Podkarpackie.
– The sums of rainfall can reach at night in the south, in the center and in the east of the country 20 liters per square meter, and in Silesia – 30 l/sq m. These are heavy rainfall, but they should not pose a major threat because they will be spread over time. Locally they may appear storms – added Arleta Unton-Pyziołek.
On Friday, the intensity of rainfall is to weaken, although in the east and south the sums are to reach 5 l/sq m, and in the Carpathians – 10 l/sq m.
