The Warsaw Stock Exchange Index (WIG) closed Friday’s quotes at a record level. This is the third day in a row when the index improves its historical performance. In turn, the mWIG40 index ended at the highest level since January 2018.
On Friday at the close of the WIG after an increase of 0.19 percent. reached the value of 68,387.12 points. Thus, by over 120 points. improved the record from Thursday, when it ended the session at 68,256.72 points. This is the third day in a row when the Warsaw index has reached a record value.

On Friday, the WIG20 index increased by 0.14% to 2,273.89 points. On the other hand, the WIG30 reached 2,734.53 points. after an increase of 0.12 percent.
The Friday turnover in shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange amounted to PLN 812 million, of which the WIG20 companies accounted for PLN 625 million.
