– The share of developers expecting price drops has decreased, although the prevailing belief is that apartment prices will decline slightly in the coming months. This trend is confirmed by our analyzes of developers' price lists, which we carry out on an ongoing basis – said Robert Chojnacki, founder of the website Tabaofert .pl, quoted in the press release.
Apartment prices in 2025
