Jarosław Kaczyński and Daniel Obajtek's summons to tomorrow's meeting of the investigative commission into the visa scandal have been effectively delivered, said its chairman Michał Szczerba (Civic Coalition) on Thursday on social media.

On Wednesday, the committee for the so-called of the visa scandal, none of the witnesses scheduled for questioning that day showed up. The president was to give his testimony at 10 a.m PIS Jaroslaw Kaczynski, and at 3 p.m. former president of Orlen, Daniel Obajtek. Due to their absence, the commission asked the court to impose a fine of PLN 3,000 on the president of PiS, and on the former president of Orlen, in addition to the fine, also to order his detention and detention for another hearing.

Both were called for Friday – Kaczyński at 9 a.m. and Obajtek at 12 p.m.
