His most famous role is in the series “Sons of Anarchy”, where he played the role of one of the founders of the motorcycle gang, Piermont “Piney” Winston. Lucking starred in the first four seasons.
William Lucking was born on June 17, 1941 in Vicksburg, Michigan, USA. In the 1950s, he and his family moved to California. He graduated in Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles. He first appeared on screen in the 1968 drama “Ironside”, then in the drama “Hell’s Belles.”
He left a wife Sigrid, daughters Marjet and Juliana, and granddaughters – Quinlan and Lilian. The cause of his death is unknown.
