Residents of Waukesha, Wisconsin are grieving after a tragic assault on their city’s Christmas parade Sunday evening and witness Thomas Kluka, who protected his household from being hit, voiced on “The Story with Martha MacCallum” that the motive force appeared to have malicious intent.
