The lawsuit was filed by the Wisconsin Institute for Legislation and Liberty and the Alliance Defending Freedom.

“Faculties can’t override mother and father in the case of choices about their kids,” stated Wisconsin Institute for Legislation and Liberty deputy counsel Luke Berg. “Gender identification transitions aren’t any exception.
