Police officers from Włodawa (Lubelskie Voivodeship) detained a 32-year-old wanted man. The man fell in because he had an argument with his brother, and the latter – according to police – called the officers to the place in retaliation. The 32-year-old was behind bars. He will spend the next eight months there.
Staff officer Kinga Zamojska-Prystupa, press officer of the Poviat Police Headquarters in Włodawa, informed that on Saturday (January 21) after 6 p.m., the duty officer of the Włodawa police station received a report about a brawl between two adult brothers. The officers went to the place.
– During the investigation of the circumstances of the incident, the reporting 34-year-old admitted that there are often conflicts between him and his brother – the policewoman reports.
He left before the police arrived. They met him in the stairwell and stopped him
The 32-year-old managed to leave the apartment before the police arrived. – The officers met him in the stairwell when they were leaving the place of intervention – describes Zamojska-Prystupa.
During the identification and checking in the police systems, it turned out that the man was wanted by the court to serve an eight-month prison sentence. The man was arrested by the police and put behind bars, where he will spend the next eight months.
The police did not say why the man was wanted.
