Five vehicles collided near the village of Wójtowo on the S16 road between Olsztyn and Barczewo. Four people, including two children, were taken to the hospital. There are traffic jams.
In Wójtowo, according to Grzegorz Różański, spokesman for the Warmian-Masurian firemen, five cars collided: three cars and two vans. There were 13 people in total. “Four people, including two children, were hospitalized with injuries,” he said.
GDDKiA in Olsztyn informs about traffic difficulties. Currently, traffic at the site of the crash takes place only in one lane of the road. The police have not yet announced the cause of the incident.
