Virginia Waller-Torres was caught in her automobile outdoors Arlington Nationwide Cemetery throughout a flash flood on Sept. 16 when a bus pulled over and 6 Marines jumped out to help. She recorded video of the rescue and posted it on TikTok.
“Marine energy!” Waller-Torres might be heard saying within the video because the six Marines push her automobile by means of the knee-high floodwater. “That is essentially the most American factor ever.”
