The level of women’s safety during childbirth has deteriorated under the PiS government – this is what 45 percent of respondents believe in the latest Kantar survey for “Fakty” TVN and TVN24. 18 percent of respondents have the opposite opinion.
In the latest survey conducted by Kantar for “Fakty” TVN and TVN24, respondents were asked how, in their opinion, the level of women’s safety during childbirth has changed over the eight years of the government. PIS.
45 percent respondents assessed that safety had “worsened”, 18 percent – that “hasn’t changed”, in turn 13 percent replied that “it has improved”. The answer “I don’t know / It’s hard to say” indicated 24 percent asked.

The telephone survey was conducted by Kantar between October 2 and 4 on a nationwide, representative sample of 1,500 people over 18 years of age.
Three years ago Constitutional Court under the leadership of Julia Przyłębska, decided to tighten the abortion law. His ruling questioned the provision allowing termination of pregnancy in the event of severe and irreversible fetal impairment or an incurable disease that threatens its life. After the publication of the judgment, abortion is permitted only in two cases – when it threatens the woman’s health or life or when it is the result of a prohibited act (rape or incest).
