The police in Wieruszów (Łódź Province) explains the circumstances in which the police car was crashed. On Tuesday, the car was damaged by a 44-year-old officer. – He was sober. The incident happened when he lost control of the vehicle. Fortunately, no one was hurt – said staff aspirant Damian Pawlak from the district headquarters.
The incident took place in the morning hours on Tuesday on the provincial road number 450 in the town of Wyszanów. The officer driving the marked police car turned off the road and broke through the railings separating the road from the pavement. Fortunately, no one was on the sidewalk at the time of the incident.
The policeman has lost control of the vehicle
– We are investigating the circumstances in which a 44-year-old policeman lost control of the vehicle. The man was sober at the time of the incident – says Damian Pawlak, the press spokesman of the police in Wieruszów.
The policeman was not injured. Eventually, the event was classified as a collision.
