Jacek Magiera led Śląsk Wrocław in 99 matches. November 9 for the last time. The latter announced in an interview with Sport.pl that the duo would leave together. “I say it all the time. Jacek and I came here, and Jacek and I will also leave. Always together, regardless of the results. Jacek has full trust: mine, the management, the employees, we all trust each other and that's it. Michał Hetel (former third-league reserve coach) and Marcin Dymkowski (former Magiera assistant) will be responsible for the team's results temporarily. A few days after the dismissal of the coach from Częstochowa – Magiera said goodbye to his job on Tuesday, November 12 – the club issued a statement. He posted it on X.

– I have just met with Jacek Magiera, during which we thanked each other for the cooperation, agreed on the terms of terminating the contract, signed an appropriate agreement and shook hands. It only took a moment for us to reach an agreement – these are the words of the club's president, Patryk Załęczny.

– I would like to thank coach Magiera for his dedication, work and professionalism. He went down in the history of our club forever, first by contributing significantly to keeping Śląsk in the Ekstraklasa, and later by leading us to the Polish runner-up title. It was emphasized that the meeting went smoothly. Termination of the contract means that Magiera will not be on the club's payroll.

Śląsk will go to Białystok after the international break. He will look for points against the Polish champion, although the task will not be easy. The match is scheduled for Friday, November 22 at 8:30 p.m.
