A 55-year-old resident of Zamość (Lubelskie Voivodeship) will be responsible for driving a bicycle while intoxicated. The man came to the local police station to take a breathalyzer test. When the device showed that he was under the influence of alcohol, he got on his bike. The police prevented him from going further.
The incident took place on Saturday (April 22) in the morning in front of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Zamość. As Dorota Krukowska-Bubiło, the press officer of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Zamość, reports, the cyclist parked his two-wheeler and headed towards the main entrance of the unit, where he wanted to check his sobriety with a public breathalyzer.

This was noticed by the officers who were on duty on duty. They summoned a patrol to the spot, and a patrol several meters from the police station stopped the cyclist for road control. – Another sobriety test performed after the arrest showed in the body of a 55-year-old man over 0.60 per mille of alcohol. This time, he did not continue driving, reports Krukowska-Bubiło.
The 55-year-old will be charged with driving a bicycle while intoxicated.
