The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Lublin filed an indictment against Zbigniew Jagielle – former president of the management board bank PKO BP.

Jagiełło was accused of acting to the detriment of the PKO BP bank company. It is estimated that the amount is close to PLN 5 million. Zbigniew Jagiełło pleaded not guilty to the charges. Beata Syk-Jankowska, spokeswoman for the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Lublin, announced that the indictment had been brought to court on Tuesday, October 1.
