The results of the NIK audit concerning the Justice Fund, which reports to the Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro, will be presented on Thursday during the press conference. – We are very calmly waiting for the publication of this report – said the minister at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, Michał Wójcik.
“At 11 o’clock in the Lech Kaczyński Hall at the headquarters of the Supreme Audit Office at ul. Filtrowa 57 in Warsaw, a conference will be held, during which the results of the audit concerning the Justice Fund will be presented,” the Supreme Audit Office informs on Twitter.

When I was still in the Ministry of Justice, several times I had the opportunity to refer to various allegations that were made against Minister Zbigniew Ziobro in the context of the Justice Fund – said Michał Wójcik, Minister at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister in August in “Fakty po Faktach” on TVN24. – These were sometimes absurd accusations, so I’m waiting calmly – he added.
The Minister of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister then stated that one of the charges was that reflective vests for children were purchased under the Justice Fund. – This was the allegation of the officials who controlled us. We gave 180 million zlotys for the Volunteer Fire Brigades, for the most important equipment saving people’s lives – he enumerated.
NIK on the Justice Fund and the detention of Banas’ son
According to “Rzeczpospolita”, the college of the Supreme Audit Office at the end of July voted to accept a negative report on the control of the Justice Fund, which reports to Zbigniew Ziobro, in the conclusions. The daily then revealed that the minister had completely rejected the post-inspection statement, and accused the House of incompetence and errors.
