The 44-year-old helmsman was once again caught on the driving of a drunkard. In March, he transported people and their vehicles by ferry crossing in Zdzieszowice, having 2 alcohol per body. This time he had less during the break at work, but he fell asleep. The court will decide about his fate.

Concerned participants of the ferry crossing in Zdzieszowice noticed a man sleeping on the bench. In fear of his health, the city guard called in place, which in turn informed the police. It turned out that a sleeping man is a ferry helm.

– He worked on that day from 5 o'clock at 9 o'clock at his break at work, he consumed alcohol. The man was noticed by people who wanted to use his service. They were afraid of his life and health, so they called Municipal Police. Around 10 o'clock there was a police intervention – said young asp. “The 44-year-old had over 1.5 per mil of alcohol in his body. As it turned out, he was the operator of the ferry on the route Zdzieszowice-Mechnica-Zdzieszowice. A resident of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship was to direct the floating unit.

Fortunately, nothing happened to anyone.

Repetition on the ferry

A similar situation with the same man occurred in March this year. Then the police received a notification about a drunk helmsman, which was to serve the ferry in Zdzieszowice. The officers detained the man and banned further transport. At the time of detention, the 44-year-old had 2 per mille of alcohol in his body.

Now the court will decide about his fate.
