In Zielona Góra, a 16-year-old attacked two peers with a knife and a broken bottle, police reported. One of them is in hospital.
The incident took place on Sunday evening (4th August) on a plot of land on Morelowa Street in Zielona Góra. The teenager had a knife and a broken bottle with him. – He injured two peers, who were taken to hospital by ambulance. The perpetrator was detained by the police. One of the teenagers is still in hospital – said Sub-Inspector Małgorzata Stanisławska, spokeswoman for the Municipal Police Headquarters in Zielona Góra.

Investigators are investigating the details and circumstances of the incident. It is known that the 16-year-old and his friend came to Zielona Góra from Silesia. They visited a 16-year-old resident of Zielona Góra whom they met online.
– Our findings indicate that the perpetrator had been drinking alcohol earlier. At one point, he attacked the teenagers, injuring them. After being detained, the 16-year-old was taken to the police detention center for children – added Deputy Inspector Stanisławska.
His case will be dealt with by family court.
