The United States faced violent storms and a series of tornadoes at the weekend. One of the elements that appeared in Alabama kidnapped the school bus. The vehicle hit the high school building.
Through the United States has been rolling strong from Saturday storms. Their consequence is, among others, dangerously strong tornadoes.
According to data, as many as 34 people were killed as a result of violent weather. The most fatalities were recorded in the state of Missouri. Over 200,000 people were deprived of electricity supply.
Alabama. Bus kidnapped by Tornado
Powerful phenomena did not miss Alabama. It was confirmed that at least one person was killed – an 83 -year -old man. The tragedy took place in Talladega, near the Winterboro high school. The wind was so strong that it kidnapped the school bus. The vehicle was thrown into the air, after which it hit the high school building.
On the recordings made available by the CNN station you can see how the bus lies on the side. Its back is partly on the facade.
Another tornado that occurred in Paulding, Georgia also contributed to numerous damage. There were destruction of several houses and companies, but no one was injured there.
Sheriff's office informed through social media that due to broken trees, over 30,000 houses were devoid of electricity supply.
