Braun about “certain financial penalties”

Braun, citing the letter he received from the head of the EP, announced that its exclusion from the meeting would last 30 days. Considering that the EP is usually gathered once a month for four days, this is to mean that Braun will be able to return to meetings only in autumn. As the politician added, exclusion from the meeting is accompanied by “certain financial penalties”, adding that they are “original”.

“There is a lack of repentance against me and the fact that I am a recidivist,” Braun said, referring to the punishment that in February the Chamber imposed on him in connection with his statement during the debates over the Hungarian law prohibiting the promotion of sex and homosexuality in schools. The MEP said: – How many sex is there? Men, women and people with personality disorders. “

For that statement, Braun was deprived of the right to participate in the deliberations for two days, and he was not paid for this period.
