However, the court did not accept her arguments, claiming that the security measures were insufficient. due to the gravity of the charges brought against him and risk of flight. As a result, the former RARS chief was sent to Wandsworth Prison in South London. During the hearing, further steps in the extradition process were set. Further hearings are scheduled for February 17-19 next year.
