Along with the station's autumn schedule TVN “Marriage at First Sight”, beloved by viewers, is back on the air. In the first episode of the tenth season we had the opportunity to meet the participants. Single women have had unsuccessful relationships and have not been able to find a suitable partner for some time. Interestingly, the programme experts themselves drew more attention, dividing the viewers. Fans of the show did not hide their disappointment with their behavior from the very beginning.“This whole pseudo-discussion annoys me, I'd rather listen to the participants”, “It looks like one of the expert ladies decides everything. She doesn't listen to the arguments of the other ladies, she just shouts them down”, “As for the experts… a tragedy. It's not the same anymore” – they wrote in the comments. One of the participants of the new season of “Married at First Sight” is 40-year-old Piotr from Poznań, who will be repairing household appliances on a daily basis, which, as he himself emphasizes, is also his way of dealing with loneliness. He admitted at the outset that his worst feature is being too trusting and naive. The man has had difficult experiences, because as a little boy he ended up in a home child. – I got my last name from my adoptive parents. Until I was three, I was in a small children's home in Łódź. Later I was adopted by a family living about 60 km from Poznań and in theory I was raised there, but it was not an easy time for me – Piotr confessed to the cameras. The participant is another person in the program who already has a child, which sets the bar even higher for the experts. Not every bride is ready to accept her partner's past. Interestingly, Piotr is only the second person in the history of the program to have signed up for the program while having a child. The first participant of “Marriage at First Sight” to sign up for the experiment while having a child was Marta Podbioł. Her son also appeared on the screen, which caused a lot of controversy. Internet users wondered at the time whether a child should appear on TV in such a context. Piotr shares custody of his son with his ex-partner. As he himself admitted, at the beginning it was very difficult, because his son missed his mother, but now it is much better.
We actually broke up after two months after the birth of our son. Stasiu had a problem for a long time that he missed his mother very much, so I think that now we are at a stage where it is much easier

After the episode was broadcast, comments from viewers appeared online and it seems that if Piotr doesn't do well in the program, he doesn't have to worry anyway, because potential candidates are already lining up. “If it doesn't work out for him, I'm taking him!“, “Good man! Viewers of the tenth season of “Marriage at First Sight” already have their favorite, and contrary to appearances, it is not any of the participants. During the broadcast of the first episode, the heart of one of the women taking part in the program was stolen by the grandmother. Her cheerful disposition, openness and directness disarmed the audience. The feisty grandmother didn't hold her tongue when, for example, she asked her granddaughter about her intimate life or when she ruthlessly commented on her behavior.. “Everyone will watch for grandma”, “We already have a winner of this edition”, “Grandma is more relaxed than this granddaughter” – we read in the comments.
