Three people died in an accident in Pawłowo (Warmińsko-Mazurskie). According to the police, a truck hit a passenger car there. The road is blocked.
The accident occurred on Wednesday, September 18, around 9 a.m. on national road number 7 on the Olsztynek-Niedzica section.
Initial police findings indicate that a truck collided with a passenger car. – The driver of the truck hit a passenger car standing on the side of the road, which had previously broken down. As a result of this incident, three people died – said Commissioner Anna Balińska, press officer of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Olsztyn. The fatalities were the driver of the truck and two people in the passenger car.
Police are on site. The road is blocked. Officers are directing traffic to detours through Waplewo.
The road towards Gdańsk (Pawłowo junction) is completely blocked. Police are organizing a detour through Waplewo.
