There were a lot of speculations about whether the squad would include, among others: playing little Jakub Modermaking a sensational return to playing football Wojciech Szczêsny and Nicola Zalewski removed from AS Roma's squad. Now we know that Moder and Zalewski deserved to be called up. Szczęsny was not called up.
The biggest sensation in Touchstone's vocations is the surname Maxi Oyedelea Legia Warszawa midfielder who played very little this season. He performed great in the last league match against Górnik Zabrze (1:1). Apart from them, the group of debutants also includes Mateusz Skrzypczak from Jagiellonia Białystok and Michael Ameyaw from Piast Gliwice
Coach Probierz also decided to call up Bartosz Kapustka to the Polish national team after a long break.
Of course, the list includes the team's leaders – Robert Lewandowski, Piotr Zieliński and Sebastian Szymański, who was criticized by the Turkish media. The recently appointed Kamil Piątkowski and Sebastian Walukiewicz are also in the squad for longer periods.
