At the beginning of September “Kitchen revolutions” are back on TV. In format Magda Gessler travels all over Poland and visits various places. In the previous episode, she transformed the “Meltini” restaurant into the Bavarian tavern “Bayer Landhaus”. Unfortunately, the revolution was not successful and Magda Gessler She was very disappointed. – I'm disappointed. I left delicious, salty Bavaria and found a sweet one, and there is no such Bavaria. There simply isn't any, she commented, disappointed. How was it this time?

In the latest episode of “Kitchen Revolutions”, Magda Gessler came to Łódź. The restaurateur was invited to the “Antonio” pizzeria. The owner, Beata, told us about the history of this place, which was popular, but later everything started to fall apart. – When it started, it was great, it was good business – she said with nostalgia. Antoni, one of the cooks, mentioned a problem with routine. – The truth is that this has been the work pattern here for 22 years. Everyone knows what to do when they come to work in the morning, it's a routine, he said. After arriving at the place, Magda Gessler criticized the menu. – Oh God. (…) Who eats it? – she said. The dishes did not save the situation – It will be hard to eat it – she commented after seeing the first pizza. Then it only got worse. She didn't even like the classic Italian pie and had to spit out a piece. “It's terrible,” she cried. Gessler also didn't like the plates. She started throwing them on the floor. “Nothing will happen,” she said after the throw. Later she also broke a bottle of olive oil.
Then it was time to inspect the cleanliness of the premises. Gessler carefully checked all the equipment and was greatly disappointed. – It's dirty in here, oh God, she said. She ordered an employee to wipe the equipment. When the restaurateur saw the omnipresent dirt, the owner joined the discussion and explained that it was flour. Gessler became very angry. – Beata f***, stop being so vague. “You're lying to me about everything,” the restaurateur shouted.

Magda Gessler decided to change the premises. She said the place would remain a pizzeria because it had its history. She slightly modified the name to “Antonio Ciao Ciao“. The restaurateur shortened the menu to a minimum. Only classic pizzas remained, but Gessler supplemented the menu with other Italian dishes kitchen. The final evening was a success. The owner did not hide her excitement about the transformed premises. Later, however, came a test to find out whether the restaurant had maintained its level. The owner breathed a sigh of relief when Magda Gessler said that the dishes were very tasty. The soup received a lot of praise. – I wish you good luck. I think you have them, said Magda Gessler.
