The Krakow tax office put up for auction the apartment of Paweł M. alias “Teddy Bear”. The published photos show how the former leader of the “Sharks” lived, i.e. the Wisła Kraków militia, whose stadium can be seen on the photo wallpaper in one of the rooms. Officials announced the starting price.
Paweł M., known under the pseudonym “Misiek”, is former boss of “Sharks”one of the largest hooligan groups in Poland. He gained notoriety at the end of the last century – in 1998, during a match between Biały Star and AC Parma, he threw a knife at an Italian player. For this he was sent to prison for eight years, and Wisła was banned from European cups. In prison, M. built his position among football fans.

This is not the last crime for which the informal head of the Wisła militia is to be held accountable. The prosecutor's office accused him of committing 95 crimes, including leading the organized crime group “Wisła Sharks”. Paweł M. is also to be responsible for drug trafficking and importing them to Poland Czech and Netherlandsas well as for committing a robbery using machetes and knives, managing the establishment of a mephedrone laboratory and other acts. Auction of the “Miśka” apartment
In 2022 “Misiek” was released from custody and will appear in court free of charge. Where is he waiting for the case to be concluded? Certainly not in one of his apartments in Prądnik Biały in Kraków, which the tax office has just put up for auction.
Paweł M.'s apartment in the north of the city has an area of 62 square meters, three rooms and two balconies. There is also a separate kitchen, bathroom and hall. “The premises have a convenient room layout. The technical condition was considered to be very good, finished and equipped,” according to information from the Kraków-Prądnik Tax Office. However, tax officials did not provide a reason for the auction of the property.
The apartment can be seen in the photos. In the photo of the living room, the attention is drawn to a photo wallpaper covering the entire wall showing the grandstand of the Wisła Kraków stadium.
An expert appraiser valued Paweł M.'s premises at PLN 838.4 thousand. The starting price is three quarters of this amount, i.e. PLN 632.8 thousand. zloty. The first auction is scheduled for December 12, 2024.
“Misiek” and “Wisła Sharks”
In 2022, “Misiek” – after he was released from custody – was placed under police supervision and is banned from leaving the country. His passport was secured.
The leader of the hooligans agreed to cooperate with the justice system. Based on the testimony given by Paweł M., prosecutors built over 20 indictments. He himself faces up to 15 years in prison.
