The 52-year-old was stopped for inspection by the traffic police from Piaseczno. It turned out that he was driving drunk and had two permille in his body. He lost his driving license in 2020 for driving under the influence of alcohol.

In Prażmowo, traffic police officers detained a 52-year-old resident of the Piaseczno district.

“During it, the man clearly smelled of alcohol, and the breathalyzer test only confirmed it. It turned out that the driver had over 2 per mille of alcohol in his exhaled air,” said Senior Asp. Magdalena Gąsowska from the District Police Headquarters in Piaseczno.

The police also found out that the man did not have a driving license. “He lost it in 2020, also for driving under the influence of alcohol,” Gąsowska added.

The driver will be liable for driving under the influence of alcohol and without a driving license. His further fate will be decided by the court in Piaseczno. The proceedings in the case are supervised by the District Prosecutor's Office in Piaseczno.
