Weather for tomorrow – Sunday 17/11. Strong wind, precipitation and sometimes even storms

On the night from Saturday to Sunday, it will be clear and quite sunny in the south and southeast of Poland. The rainfall zone will gradually move from the north-west towards the center, covering other areas. During the second part of the night, rain and snow are possible in Pomerania.

At the coldest moment of the night, thermometers will show from -1 degrees C in the southeast, through 2-3 degrees C in the center, to 4-5 degrees C at the seaside. The wind will be moderate and quite strong. In the lowlands, its expected speed will be 30-40 kilometers per hour, at the seaside it will be 40-60 km/h, and in the mountains – over 70 kilometers per hour. The wind will blow from the north-west.

On Sunday it will be quite sunny only in the south-eastern corners. In the rest of the country, it will be completely cloudy and heavy, with rain, mainly fleeting. We expect sleet or heavy snowfall in Pomerania. Moreover, it cannot be ruled out in the Baltic Sea and in the Pobrzeże region storm.

The maximum temperature will range from 5 degrees C in Podlasie to 6-7 degrees C in the rest of the country. The wind will blow strongly, its periodic gusts may reach 40-60 km/h. The wind will be even stronger over the sea (above 60 km/h) and in the mountains (above 80 km/h).

Air humidity will be high, at 70-90 percent. Residents of most parts of the country will feel cold, and the weather will adversely affect their well-being. Only in the south-east will thermal comfort be felt, and biometeo conditions will remain at a neutral level.
