The Finnish Ministry of Interior has made it available online guidewhich is intended to help citizens prepare for crisis situations. The guide is available in Finnish, Swedish and English.

As the ministry emphasizes, The purpose of the publication is not to alarm people about potential threats, but “to help prepare for various extraordinary circumstances.”
Guide points rules of conduct in the event of several scenariosincluding epidemics, cyberattacks, forest fires, disruptions in the payment system, acts of terrorism, water supply interruptions and others. It also contains tips on what is always worth having on hand or at home, e.g. adequate supplies of water, food or medicines.
