As he added, “for now, we see greater value in reaching schools, universities, companies, organizing (…) training, rather than sending out brochures which I don't know if everyone will want to read them.” The minister explained that the educational activities mentioned above cover “issues ranging from first aid to knowledge of how to behave.”

How to behave in the event of a crisis or war

In 2022, the Government Center for Security has prepared a guide entitled “Be ready!”, which contains a set of tips on how to behave in the event of a crisis or war and how to prepare for such a situation. The guide is divided into two main parts. The first concerns preparation and obtaining information about a possible crisis. From the RCB guide we can learn, among other things, what warning alerts look and sound like and how we should behave towards them.

We will also read about where we should take shelter in case of danger, what supplies we should gather, what should be in our evacuation backpack and how we should behave in the event of a possible evacuation. We will also find tips on how to prepare for a break in access to electricity and water.
