The driver of the Opel exceeded the speed limit by 62 kilometers per hour. Her driving was interrupted by the police. In total, she collected 31 penalty points, even though she should not have been driving at all. He has a court ban.

A few days ago, the attention of police officers from the Płock traffic police was drawn to the driver of an Opel. – She drove past a police patrol at high speed. The display of the manual speed meter indicated that the Opel was traveling at 112 kilometers per hour in a built-up area – said the deputy commander. Monika Jakubowska from the Municipal Police Headquarters in Płock.

The police decided to stop the driver, so they followed her.

– Then it turned out that she was using a mobile phone while driving and was not wearing a seat belt – added Jakubowska.

She had a court ban

A resident of the Płock district should not get behind the wheel at all, as she has been banned from driving for two months.

The police issued tickets to the driver for the last driving for a total amount of PLN 2,600, and she received 31 penalty points.

However, she faces the most serious penalty for violating the court ban. It's a crime. Pursuant to Article 244 of the Penal Code, it is punishable by imprisonment from three months to five years.
