Roman Szyszko submitted a declaration of resignation from the position of vice-president of the management board of Energa as of December 31, 2024 – the company announced on Thursday in a stock exchange announcement.
“The Management Board of Energa SA (“Company”) informs that Mr. Roman Szyszko submitted a declaration of resignation from the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company as of December 31, 2024. The declaration was submitted without giving the reason for the resignation,” Energa said in a stock exchange announcement.
