Firefighters cleaned mud and sand from provincial road 631 in Marki and the surrounding area three times in one week. So far, the person responsible for polluting the road has not been found and the police are trying to find him.
The first information about mud was received on the night from Wednesday to Thursday (December 11-12). In Marki near Warsaw, on the provincial road number 631, wet soil made movement impossible. Initially it was reported that it was concrete, then it was clarified that it was “mud with clay”. The services directed diversions. Firefighters received another call for the same report a few days later – late on Tuesday evening, December 17. Truck losing mud?
Firefighters assume that a truck is losing its goods. It's mud every time. The police are looking for the culprit. – In the case in question, proceedings are being conducted for polluting a public road in accordance with Art. 91 of the Petty Offenses Code. Police officers from the Marki Police Station are determining the causes and circumstances of these events and the person responsible for committing the offenses – junior aspirant Monika Kaczyńska from the District Police Headquarters in Wołomin told us on Friday.
