The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs reacted to the granting of asylum to Marcin Romanowski by the Hungarian authorities. 1. Attack in Magdeburg
A driver drove his car into people at a Christmas market in Magdeburg, Germany. As a result of this attack, two people were killed and nearly 70 were injured.
The perpetrator was arrested immediately after the attack – a 50-year-old man born in Saudi Arabia. The Prime Minister of Saxony-Anhalt announced that he is a doctor and that he acted alone. The perpetrator came to German in 2006, he worked legally and had a permanent work permit.

2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reacts to Hungary's decision in the Romanowski case

3. Changes in health insurance premiums
President Andrzej Duda signed an amendment abolishing the obligation to calculate health insurance contributions on disposal fixed assets. The amendment also lowers the minimum basis for calculating contributions paid by entrepreneurs.
The new regulations are to apply from 2025.
4. Resumption of the search for the plane
The Malaysian government has agreed to resume the search for Malaysia Airlines plane MH370, which disappeared ten years ago, Reuters reported.

5. A man who was escorted by the police has died
