Before the start of the Christmas Eve government meeting, Prime Minister Donald Tusk expressed Christmas wishes. – In these difficult times, peace is sometimes the hardest thing to achieve, but with open hearts and hope for a safe, good future, it will certainly be easier for all of us to get through these difficult, complicated times – he said. After expressing their wishes, Tusk and the ministers sang the Christmas carol “WÅ›ród nocnej ciszy” together.
The government meeting began at 10 a.m. on Tuesday. In front of him is the Prime Minister Donald Tusk he addressed citizens with Christmas wishes.
– I think that on behalf of each of you, I can say these few words from the heart to all Polish families, so that these holidays will be peaceful, so that you can find peace and a sense of security at the Christmas Eve table with your loved ones – he said. – In these difficult times, peace is sometimes the hardest thing to achieve, but with open hearts and hope for a safe, good future, it will certainly be easier for all of us to get through these difficult, complicated times – he added.
– Also today, on this Christmas Eve government meeting, we will talk and act for what is most important, your safety and peace. We are here to guarantee Poland and every Polish family this sense of security and stability, Tusk continued.
After the wishes, it was time for Christmas carols
– We will also remember today during our work, during this meeting, but also when we go home and sit at our family Christmas Eve tables, we will also remember all those who at that time will be either on duty or they will be at work – added the head of government.
After expressing their wishes, Tusk and the ministers sang the Christmas carol “WÅ›ród nocnej ciszy” together.
