A2 motorway. The car roofed, a man is dead. A wounded woman and three children

The man is dead, and four more people – including three children aged 11 to 16 – were injured in an accident that occurred on Saturday morning on the A2 motorway in the Łódź Voivodeship. A passenger car roofed there. The road towards Poznań is blocked.

A tragic accident occurred around 8 am on the A2 motorway at the height of Nowostawa Dolne. A passenger car roofed on the road towards Poznan with five people.

One fatal sacrifice, four injured people

According to TVN24, the duty officer of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Brzeziny, about a 40-year-old man died as a result of rolling the car. Four people were injured: a 42-year-old woman and children aged 11, 13 and 16.

Aspirant Bogdan Banaszkiewicz, a press officer of the Brzezinski Fire Brigade, announced that all the wounded at the time of the accident were conscious and were outside the vehicle.

The woman was transported to the hospital with a helicopter of the Air Ambulance Service. Children whose injuries are not serious were taken to ambulance to the Polish mother's hospital in Łódź.

One A2 motorway roadway is blocked

Five fire brigades were placed in place. The road towards Poznań is blocked.

Brig. Jędrzej Pawlak, spokesman for the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Łódź, informed TVN24 that a paramedic was the first in the tragedy, who was passing this route and took rescue activities.
