Barbara Skrzypek is dead. PiS's political game around her death. Paweł Śliz and Bartosz Kownacki comment

Confirming this information, the head of PiS Jarosław Kaczyński He suggested that prosecutors were responsible for her death, who on Wednesday, March 12, interrogated her – as a witness – in the investigation in the case of Srebrna.

The audition was led by prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek. This assured on Monday – and earlier a similar position was expressed by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw – that the violinist and her representative did not submit any comments as to the course of the interrogation, and the interrogation itself was to take place in a friendly atmosphere. In turn, PiS politicians pointed out that the violinist representative was not allowed to participate in the interrogation.

Slight, commenting on the narrative forced by PiS politicians, argued that there was no “any cause-and-effect relationship between the interrogation itself and the tragic situation that happened”. – For me, words that later fell towards the minister (justice Adam – ed.) Bodnar, calling him a bandit, criminal, are unworthy and infamous. All this rhetoric of Law and Justice in this respect seems completely wrong to me – he added. He said it was “unworthy” to make a “political party”, combining death with interrogation.

– You bind the prosecutor, bind all this act, pre -dissertation that these were the circumstances that caused the death of this woman. The words that Mr. Jarosław Kaczyński said today were simply outrageous. What hate you got the internet, portal x, (…) that this prosecutor's office, neoprokurator, bodnarowcy, bandits murdered (this – ed.) Lady, is terrifying – he turned to Kownacki.

The slide also referred to the fact that Barbara Skrzypek's representative did not participate in her interrogation. He paid attention to the arguments used by the representative to take part in it. – Please note what the patron's arguments were in this respect that the lady (violinist – ed.) Has vision problems and is nervous. These are not arguments that in the case of an ordinary witness require the presence of a representative – he assessed.

MP Kownacki estimated that “we are dealing with a lack of justice in Poland.”

He referred to the very circumstances of the interrogation of Barbara Skrzypek. – We are dealing with a woman who is not a lawyer, she is not experienced, probably for the first time in her life she is interrogated, (…). It is a person of a certain age, in a certain state of health, who meets – please put yourself in this situation – with three people's enemy people, because you have to say it – he said PiS MP.

– Prosecutor Wrzosek should never participate in such activities in a democratic state, (…), Mrs. Prosecutor Wrzosek should never conduct this investigation. And I am shocking that someone like Mr. Bodnar, who was a civil rights spokesman, has so much indecent in himself to entrust such an investigation to a person who is politically involved – he continued.
