The PiS president, who spoke after the funeral mass, emphasized that the deceased was a person in her life attitude, unambiguous, modest and hardworking.

– This is a tragic parting, unexpected, undeserved, resulting from these special conditions in which we live today, from the conditions that can be described in various ways, but to say the shortest, just Polish today is ruled by very bad people and she fell victim to them – said Kaczyński. – She also fell victim to her hardness, faith that it would be fine. She believed that it would be good and I would never forgive me, that I could not force her to do otherwise – said the PiS president during the funeral ceremony.

The death of Barbara Skrzypek

Barbara Skrzypek died on March 15 at the age of 66. As an autopsy showed – for a vast heart attack. Her death is examined by the Warsaw-Praga District Prosecutor's Office. PiS politicians, including Jarosław Kaczyński, believe that there is a relationship between the interrogation of Barbara Skrzypek on March 12, and her death three days later.

The violinist testified as a witness – in the investigation on Srebrna and the so -called Two towers. The audition took place without the participation of the violinist representative, which was not allowed on the basis of art. 87 Paris 3. The prosecutor, prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek, explained that it was not her “good or bad will”, and the provisions, “facts”, “legal and factual interest of the witness”.

The District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw stated that the violinist did not raise any objections as to the form and length of the interrogation, and in addition to reading problems, it did not report any health ailments. Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar announced a thorough explanation of all the circumstances of death, as well as an analysis of the decision prosecutor Wrzosek to refuse the representative of the representative in the interrogation.

Prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek assured that the witness and her representative did not submit comments on the course of the interrogation and that it took place in a friendly atmosphere. The District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, as well as Wrzosek, announced legal steps to people suggesting that there was a relationship between the interrogation and the death of Barbara Skrzypek.

On Tuesday, March 18 in the afternoon, the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw published a report from the violinist interrogation. Later that day, “Gazeta Wyborcza” published a text in which it was noted that “Barbara Skrzypek during the interrogation testified that she had granted a power of attorney to Jarosław Kaczyński as a foundation owned by Silver”, but “did not authorize him to represent her own shares in the company.” This fragment of Barbara Skrzypek's interrogation is problematic for the PiS president – the newspaper emphasizes.

PiS president after interrogation talked from the violinist by phone. He informed about the fact that this conversation occurred after her death.

Barbara Skrzypek has collaborated with Jarosław Kaczyński for over 30 years. She had key functions, including head of the office or director of the PiS presidential office. She was responsible for arranging the calendar of Jarosław Kaczyński's works, arranging meetings or guarding important documents. She was also a representative of the Institute Lech Kaczyński, the main shareholder of the Srebrna company, to be responsible for the construction of Srebrna Tower skyscrapers in the center of Warsaw.
