An unusual event occurred during the Polregio train's passage on the Pszczółki-Sopot route (Pomeranian Voivodeship) on Friday (October 11). Passengers allegedly noticed a poisonous spider in one of the carriages. Information about this was provided a day later via the hotline. The animal has not been found.
This unusual event allegedly occurred on October 11 on the Polregio train. The animal was allegedly spotted in one of the wagons on the Pszczółki-Sopot section in the afternoon. There is already a video circulating on social media that shows the presence of an arachnid in the carriage. Internet users recognized it as a tarantula, a poisonous spider.
Jakub Leduchowski, Polregio spokesman, said that no one reported such a situation to the train staff that day. – We received the first information about a spider in the Pomeranian Polregio train via the hotline on Saturday, October 12, and the train was immediately checked thoroughly. The animal was not found, he explained.
Polregio points out that if a spider is noticed, e.g. while cleaning a train, the appropriate services will be informed about the situation and the animal will be caught.
-Passengers who witness unusual or disturbing situations are encouraged to contact the train staff. Thanks to this, it will be possible to take an immediate response, pointed out the Polregio spokesman.
