Premier Israela Benjamin Netanyahu will meet with President Joe Biden and his deputy in the United States in the coming days, and will also appear before Congress.

Currently, however, there is no official information about ongoing talks on this matter – Trump's campaign team and the Israeli embassy in Washington did not respond to requests for comment.
Meeting with Trump Could Help Netanyahu? Media Speculation
The Politico article notes that “the talks come at a time of Biden's historic decision to withdraw from the race, as Harris is just starting her presidential campaign, assembling a team and refines positions on various issues, including the situation in the Gaza Strip“.
It was also recalled that Trump is a big supporter of the state of Israel and in 2017 formally recognized Jerusalem as its capital. The following year, he moved the U.S. embassy there. His relations with Netanyahu, however, cooled after the Israeli prime minister, among others, congratulated Biden on winning the current presidential term.
The Republican candidate in the elections also criticized Netanyahu for lack of decisiveness on the deal to bring hostages home. “They better get back before I get into office, or they’re going to pay a heavy price,” Trump said at a convention in Milwaukee last week.
The website concluded that if Netanyahu manages to arrange a meeting with Trump this week, among other things, “it might help him gain support former president on policies pursued in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.”
