A team appointed by Adam Bodnarand managed by prosecutor Katarzyna Kwiatkowska analyzes another 400 cases conducted by prosecutors subordinate to in 2016-2023 Zbigniew Ziobra. The team is investigating whether in the proceedings that remained – this is a quote from prosecutor Kwiatkowska – “in particular interest in the management”, there was irregularities.
The first part of the study, called the “Bodnar report”, was published three months ago.

The date of publication of the second part is not known yet. As we have unofficially established, on Tuesday, April 15, substantive work on the document ended. Now prosecutors will join the editorial work. And after Christmas, the document is to hit the desk of Prosecutor General Adam Bodnar.
